Don’t worry, you can adjust the number of painters for free if needed. At the time of booking, select your complimentary customized digital invitation for that extra touch of excitement!
Preparation: Come early to set up your decorations and bring along any special cake, dessert, or snacks. We’re all about making this event feel personal and special.
Kick-Off: As your 2-hour paint party commences, welcome your guests with delightful popcorn, refreshing beverages, and a creative ambiance ready to be filled with color. Arcade play can start right away.
Paint Splatter Time: 30 minutes into the party, it’s time to don the aprons and goggles. Each guest dives into their 60-minute paint splattering session, transforming blank canvases into explosions of color.
Refuel: Post-painting, it’s time to indulge in some freshly baked pizza, refueling for more fun.
Celebration Time: With the main painting activity wrapped up, gather around for the birthday celebrations, enjoy your desserts, and keep the fun going with unlimited arcade play.
Farewell: As your two-hour window of non-stop entertainment and creativity concludes, make sure to capture the moment with a group photo, creating a lasting memory of your unique party at Orions Landing. Host will be provided 20 minute courtesy time to clean up and say goodbyes.

You’re welcome to bring your own cake and dessert, as well as small snacks, appetizers, or special diet items.
Kids who are under the age of 6 and cannot paint can enjoy our arcade and rec room games. We also have giant connect 4 and Jenga.
You can change the number of players at no cost up until 2 day before the party by contacting us at contact@orionslanding.com We offer a 1 player courtesy refund for players that don’t show up on the day. If more than 1 player unexpectedly doesn’t show up you will receive store credit for VR on your booking account.
The paint time is scheduled to start 30 minutes after the party start time to allow all your guests to arrive.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring decorations and set up before the party start time. Please note that certain restrictions may apply(No cafetite).
Yes. We will provide utensils, and plates for your desert.

Cancellations receive a full refund if made atleast 8 days before the reservation.
Cancellations made 7 days or less will have $100 cancellation fee.
Changes to the number of VR players can be made up to 48 hours before the party.

For player no shows, we will provide a courtesy refund of 1 player. Additional players will receive store credit for VR experiences.
